Masters' winter program dates: November 8, 2021 to April 30, 2022.
This training program is offered to all adults (ages 18+) who are looking to stay in shape throughout the winter season in preparation for the next paddling season. Everyone and anyone are welcome to participate. Training in this program includes weight training, cardiovascular training, and games. Trainings are held at the Canoe Club and at the Lakeside-Ovide Gym (Ovide Avenue). No prior paddling experience in canoeing, kayaking, or dragon boating is required!

A Pointe-Claire client number is required.
Payment by Visa or MasterCard only (Ludik).

Please note that our programs have limited space. Registration will be on a first come, first served basis.
Note also that a $35.00 late fee will apply to any registration to the competitive program received after October 14, 2021 at midnight.
