- Boat loading: Friday morning
- Arrival on site: 7:30 a.m.
- Start of races: 8:30 a.m.
- End time (approx.): 4:30 p.m.
- Boat unloading: Saturday, after the regatta

- If the parking lot is full, it is possible to park on the side streets across the road.
- Swimming is prohibited
- Convenience store at walking distance
