The first set of trials will be used to identify athletes for the Senior Team Selection Pool in order to name athletes to the following teams:

Dartmouth, Nova Scotia
Deadline (Ludik): May XX, 2019
Entry fee: $200 (payable by the athlete directly to CKC by mail at Canoe Kayak Canada, #700 – 2197 Riverside Drive, Ottawa On K1H 7X3)
Transport: Athletes are responsible for their transportation to Dartmouth and return home.
Food: Athletes are responsible for their food (breakfast, lunch, snacks & dinner).
Payment: total amount of $XXX (X-night stay $XXX + equipment & logistic fees $XX) payable via Ludik or by cheque to the City of Pointe-Claire or cash in the office by May XX, 2019 (amounts are subject to change). The payment is non-refundable.

Entry fee: $65 (includes banquet on Sunday)
Accommodations: Carleton Unversity Residences, 1125 Colonel By Drive, Ottawa, K1S 5B6
Transport: Athletes are responsible for their transportation to Ottawa on June 29 and return home on July 1; transportation between the hotel and competition site will be provided by the Club.
Food: Athletes are responsible for their lunches & snacks (2 breakfasts & 2 suppers are included).
Breakfast: 6:30 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.
Supper: 4:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Bedding and pillow provided at the residences. Access to fridge. Access to kitchen (but no pots, pan, plates, etc.).
Payment: total amount of $154 (racing fees $65 (subsized by Board) + equipment & logistic fees $10 + two-night stay at the residences $144) payable via Ludik or by cheque to the City of Pointe-Claire or cash in the office by May 29, 2018 (amounts are subject to change). The payment is non-refundable. Athletes must stay with the team (mandatory).
Boat loading: June 29 at 7:15 a.m.
Scratch meeting: June 29 at 5:00 p.m.
Arrival; at Rideau (before scratch meeting) or directly at the residences (if you arrive after the scratch meeting)
Team meeting: June 29 after dinner in the lobby
Boat unloading: July 3 (leaving for the basin at 7:05 a.m.)
