Transport: Athletes are responsible for their transportation to Ottawa on July 3 and return home on July 5; transportation between the residences and competition site will be provided by the Club. Food: Athletes are responsible for their lunches, suppers & snacks (2 breakfasts are included). Bedding and pillow provided at the residences. Access to fridge. Access to kitchen (but no pots, pan, plates, etc.). |

Banquet on Ju 5 --starting at around 3:30 p.m. The banquet is included in the athlete's entry fee.
