Please note that the athletes will be traveling with their luggage. |

Mandatory forms to be submitted by February 10:
**Stephanie Kobzan will be at the Club on January 30th, from 6:00p.m. to 7:00 p.m., to sign the in locus parentis form as a commissioner of oath. We will also take this opportunity to review all the documents to ensure they are properly filled.
Please make an appointment with her if you are not available at this date.**
If a letter from the Club or coach is needed for school to motivate the absence, please let us know as soon as possible.

*** Note: The athletes must take all their personal belongings out of the trailer before March 29. Whatever is not picked up will be stored in the bunker.
