Adult dragon boating is a team sport that involves 20 individuals paddling together in a long, narrow boat. The dragon boat lessons are fun, friendly, and promote fitness. No experience is needed – anyone can join! Practices are 60 minutes long and are held twice a week throughout an eight-week session.
