| Day Camp (8-11 yrs) | The Day Camp program is an initiation for first time paddlers or youth who are non-competitive. Campers will learn the basic techniques and water safety of several kinds of boats. |

| Teen Paddle (12-14 yrs) | Teen Paddle is an initiation for teens that are looking to try a new activity. Participants learn to paddle different kinds of boats in a safe, fun and non-competitive atmosphere. |

| Intro to Racing (8-11 yrs) Atom / Peewee |
Introduces young athletes to the paddling world. They learn proper techniques in a fun and competitive manner. Athletes will have the opportunity to participate in local regattas. |

| Sprint Racing (12 yrs +) Bantam / Midget / Juvenile |
The racing program is designed to help prepare and train athletes to compete at local, provincial and national regattas. Athletes learn to develop self-confidence, fitness and what it means to be part of a team. |

| Intro to Kayak (18+) | This introduction course helps adults learn to paddle in a proper manner. They have the chance to paddle in stable boats and learn in a safe environment. |

| Paddle Fit (18+) | This program promotes physical conditioning through kayaking classes. The instructor will design a fun, safe and unique kayaking program that is guaranteed to help participants reach their fitness goals! |

| Recreational Dragon Boat (18+) | Participants learn to paddle in a team of 20 in a fun and noncompetitive environment. |

| Adult Racing Program - Masters (25+) Novice and Advance *Experience necessery |
This program is designed for adults who are interested in getting involved in the sport of sprint canoe and kayak. Participants practice paddling techniques and prepare for competitions. |
